I just took the FAPAS. It gave me an error and sent me back to the start screen.
If you recently took the Food and Physical Activity Scan (FAPAS) and experienced an error resulting in loss of your answers, please let us know. When alerting us of the problem, please include the date and time (even if approximate) that you were taking the FAPAS. AOM users create thousands of log files in the database each day. In order to properly find out what went wrong and repair the issue, we need to locate that specific log file in the database and knowing the date and time will help us locate it more easily. If you could also please let us know exactly what happened. For example, it saved the first page and nothing else, it wouldn't save anything, it gave an error message, etc.
I previously subscribed to emails. But I'm now unsubscribed.
When AOM receives undliverables responses, we unsubscribe your account in order to keep the mailing list clean and reduce load on our servers. Some Internet Service Providers have decided AOM's email are SPAM. If you are with Charter or Embarqmail, this is likely the case. Please contact your ISP directly to request their filter be updated prior to re-subscribing.
I want to unsubscribe to emails, but the settings page isn't working.
There could be several reasons why the settings page may not appear to be working properly. Some of these are as follows:
- You have the progress evaluation page. The evaluation is required every six weeks.
- You have the FAPAS prompt. To complete it, click yes or to skip it, click not at this time.
- Having incomplete or false information in your settings will cause the page to not save. For example, if you enter you weight as 0 or 1000 pounds, the page will not save. Please correct the items shaded red to properly save your settings.
I tried to contact AOM and haven't heard back.
